Privacy Policy

Your data and how it is processed

Last updated: June 3, 2026

This site is a personal blog hosted on Cloudflare Pages.

Protection against spam and abuse

To protect the site against spam and automated abuse, especially through the contact form, I use Cloudflare Turnstile and certain Cloudflare security protections. In this context, Cloudflare may process technical data related to your browsing and set cookies that are strictly necessary for security, including the cf_clearance cookie, which is used to verify that a visitor is not a bot and to avoid repeating checks unnecessarily.

Audience measurement

This site also uses Umami to measure audience in a privacy-respecting way. Umami lets me understand which pages are viewed, traffic sources and general visit trends, without using analytics cookies, without advertising tracking and without tracking across different sites.

The Umami instance is hosted on Vercel and its PostgreSQL database is hosted on Neon.

Data use

The data collected is used only to:

  • run the site;
  • protect it against spam and bots;
  • understand which pages are viewed;
  • improve the content and the reading experience.

No data is sold, used for ad targeting or shared with advertising networks.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the information you voluntarily send, such as your email address and your message, is used only to reply to you.
